We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within **30 days** of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Guidelines for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns can be initiated by contacting our customer service team for instructions.
I cannot be responsible for any costs incurred for returning an item to me. If a refund is issued, initial delivery costs and any other delivery costs incurred on returning an item will NOT be refunded.
Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
